I. Basic steps for effective communication
1. Prepare work beforehand. If you visit a customer, you should know the purpose and needs of the customer.

3. Explain your ideas;

5. Achieve agreement and common goals;

3. Communication Steps
Listen, look, ask and speak.
1. Listening
Be conscientious, understand, listen well, invest in and get information:

2. Look

6. How to persuade the other party

2. Show sincere appreciation and praise;
3. The fastest way to persuade the other party is to become friends in a short time.

Communication Skills
